Nebula is the prototype project that runs this web site. I took two weeks in the summer of 2008 to create the first version using PHP and MySQL.

I wasn't really prepared for just how terrible HTML, XML, CSS, PHP, Apache, and MySQL actually are. I feel like it's essentially impossible to really accomplish what I want to accomplish moving forwards if I stick with these things. So although I will continue to improve the site in the meantime, I expect to do a complete rewrite of everything directly in C as one of my next quarter-sized projects.
